SOME is filling this critical gap by providing housing for those earning 30% or less of the FMI ($38,700 for a family of four as of 2021). We launched our first transitional housing program in 1986, and our first long-term affordable housing program in 1989. Since 1970, SOME has been a care provider and a beacon of hope to residents in our nationβs capital.
