As of October 2025 (probably after software updates), the Xfinity Stream app does not work anymore. For live channels, the app keeps buffering and does not show any content. For recordings, it does not play any of them. May 17, 2024 · Xfinity stream will not download on FireStick I had to uninstall Xfinity on my fire stick due to it Stop working. I uninstalled the app and attempted to download it again, but it won’t work. The page says it is downloading, but it will not actually download. My FireStick is up-to-date.
