Audi Connect has been working okay for me, after a lot of hassle (see previous post). Now, suddenly, I have an in-car notification that says it failed to update and I need to contact support! Ugh, can't wait... Audi came up with a creative idea to make the cars less good to make us buy another of their marque models.
