The potential hazards of poor abstraction can be heightened when we choose tools that don’t quite fit our needs. At my company, we use the react-admin library for a couple of internal tools. We’re taught early in our programming journey that good code is abstract code—that hiding implementation details behind clean interfaces makes our software more maintainable, reusable, and elegant.
