It's basically an Element 2 clone but you can remove the rear end cap and it's made from DFARS certified titanium (tube and caps) and stainless (baffles). Oct 11, 2025 · The MK IV 22/45 40190 is almost the same pistol as the Tactical 40149. 40190 is cheaper but doesn't have an under barrel picatinny and the top picatinny and trigger are silver instead of black. 40190 isn't drilled and tapped under the barrel for a rail, but Performance makes clamp on bottom rails.
