Some motors are designed to work from just three phases ( with no neutral in the connector) but my expectation is that you would have a ground connection in any kind of plug. SO for instance if you have a each dimmer rated for 2400 watts, then you are using 10 amps for each dimmer, and so your power connection would support 9 channels of dimming.
