I can't watch a 4k video or even 1440p. I have 200mbps download speed, although it says like 20.000 or 30.000 on youtube. I've tried unplugging, resetting my router. Clearing google chrome's history and cache n stuff. Nothing really worked. I also have youtube premium but that doesnt help either.
