Find your Google Store receipt & order number After you place an order on the Google Store, you get a confirmation email that has your order number and receipt. The order of the questions in the form does not need to match the order of the question columns in the sheet. You can customize your sheet as you wish, you just can't delete columns from a spreadsheet that are tied to a question in the form.
