I tried downloading and installing them, but that failed. I then went to the Troubleshoot menu and selected the Windows Update option. What should I do? Thanks in advance! Re-installing Office 2010 from scratch. I had to format my hard drive due to cryptolocker and need to reinstall Office 2010 without the disk.
