"I forgot" means that the forgetting happened in the past, leaving open the possibility that you might have remembered in the meantime. You could also use the present perfect, "I've forgotten", which means that a past event (forgetting) is continuing to affect the present (you haven't yet remembered). I forgot would be used if you have failed to remember something on one specific occasion. "I forgot to do my homework" (the act of forgetting occurred in the past) I forget has a more present meaning, and refers to something relevant which cannot be recalled immediately. "I placed my watch in a secure location, but I forget where" (the information cannot presently be remembered) Feb 27, 2023 · I apparently forgot my login credentials for my local sunshine instance. I ran sunshine.exe --creds user password and it said new credentials were created. My question is, what are those new credentials? How do I see them? If they are the default ones I don't remember what those are either. Please help. Thanks in advance. EDIT: Figured it out.
