React 18 - Automatic Batching

YouTube Excerpt: In this video I cover a new feature of React 18. Automatic Batching. I show what problem there was in React 17 and below and how React 18 fixes this using Automatic Batching. The program stems around trying to update multiple pieces of state while inside of an asynchronous functions that are event handlers (in the case of this video I demonstrate a timeout call, but it also happens for functions using async and await and Promises too).
