One solution to snap problem on illustrator 2020

YouTube Excerpt: I was having a problem with illustrator 2020 where some anchors would not snap to paths. See the video below for reference: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cDW-Hk1NEJo The Adobe community gave me one solution to this by grabbing an anchor with my selection tool (black arrow) then holding Cmd on mac (Ctrl on Windows) and hovering over a path. All anchors then snap to the path as expected. But, it would be cool to have that snap feature work without the extra keypress.
