YouTube Excerpt: Here is an experiment of mine. The 1988 film "Colors" has had a commercial release of it's soundtrack but the score performed by Herbie Hancock has remained unreleased. This track is an instrumental of the music played right after Filipe gets initiated into the 21st Street Gang and they're walking down an alley in front of a large city-scape. I've been trying to track down this unreleased score for years and even tweeted Herbie Hancock about it but to no avail. So for this project, I came across a copy of Colors that had a German audio track with 6 channels. There are still traces of slight background noise but for now, this is the best I could get it sounding. I'm still looking into extracting other tracks from the film, I'm putting these videos into a playlist to keep track. Enjoy!
