We'll do this with a series of repeated comparisons. We compare the middle number of our sequence to the item we're searching for. This determines if we continue looking right or left of the midpoint. The Binary Search Algorithm has a complexity of log2(n) because it doesn't matter how many elements we pass to the algorithm. We'll still cut the entire data set in half each iteration, so the results will happen pretty quickly. Thanks so much for all the continued support! 5780 subscribers at the time of writing.
