Open an image and select only the ice cream, then with the selection active go to adjustments and select hue / saturation, and you add a layer, and then you can change the color to your selection, then copy the adjustments layers to change to another color, and choose different color, and you can add how many layers you want to add many colors to your selection. Then hide the adjusments layers to remain only the image and go to window and timeline to create gif to your image, create frame animation, and add a layer and add a adjusment layer to your frame layer, and so on to each layer.
