The import window will appear. Here you can see how many Geocodes you left for the month. Next to that is the Full Screen button, which will expand the import window, ideal for large spreadsheets. You can copy your data direct from Excel and paste it into the import window. It will automatically arrange itself into columns. You may need to set the columns based on your own data. When you’re ready, hit “Map List” Once that’s loaded, a confirmation window will appear. Click “OK” and hit the X button to close the Spreadsheet Import tool. All addresses in the spreadsheet have now been automatically geocoded to the map.
